We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Operational Support Specialist to assist with the tracking and execution of workshop-related activities for a focused group of stakeholders. This role will work closely with our operations lead and play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and follow-up across sessions.
This position is based anywhere in the United States.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support coordination of workshop sessions, including scheduling and tracking participation
- Manage communication with participants before and after sessions
- Assist in collecting and consolidating feedback
- Track progress, deadlines, and action items related to workshop activities
- Provide operational support to the lead responsible for workshop execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions and outcomes
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using tracking tools, spreadsheets, or collaboration platforms
- Basic understanding of feedback analysis and reporting
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
- Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
