Project Coordinator – One year maternity cover position.
Catalent Singapore is the strategic hub in the Asia Pacific region with 22+ years of expertise in import/export, secondary packaging and labeling of clinical supplies and cold chain handing of temperature sensitive products.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of client projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Management team in the successful planning and delivery of client projects. You’ll play a key role in coordinating activities, managing client communications, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Support Project Managers in coordinating projects from award through to completion
· Act as a key point of contact for client communications (email, calls, meetings)
· Prepare meeting minutes, track actions, and support audits and client visits
· Manage and track client-supplied materials, ensuring timely distribution internally
· Generate project documentation and support third-party depot setup
· Monitor and report on inventory levels in line with project needs
· Produce project forecasts and support planning activities
· Manage returns processes, including inventory destruction and invoicing
· Collect and report KPI data to support project performance
· Support investigation and resolution of invoice queries
· Maintain accurate project data within systems such as JDE and Workfront
· Contribute to continuous improvement and SOP updates
About You
· Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
· Previous experience in a customer service or business support role (1–2 years preferred)
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Confident communicator, both written and verbal
· Good level of IT literacy and experience using business systems
· A proactive team player with a strong customer-focused approach
· Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Desirable
· Project Management qualification or exposure to project-based environments
