Job Summary:

To strengthen our Global Market Access team at the Plattling site, we are looking for a 

Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in Global Market Access

These are your tasks:  

  • Independent execution, coordination and monitoring of global approval processes with authorities, testing and certification bodies worldwide
  • Preparation of offers for internationally active customers to obtain the legally required national approvals of products 
  • Preparation of project plans as well as regular coordination with customers
  • Preparation and review of approval documents 
  • Research with international authorities and certification bodies to determine nationally required approval procedures
  • Updating national regulatory approval requirements and maintaining updates
     

What we expect: 

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training e.g. Eurokaufmann (m/f/d), Fremdsprachenkaufmann (m/f/d), Elektroniker (m/f/d) or comparable field; preferably with additional qualification such as (Technischer) Betriebswirt (m/f/d), Staatl. geprüfter Techniker (m/f/d), completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) in the field of business administration or comparable
  • Experience in handling projects (project planning, control, supervision, -completion)
  • Affinity for technology 
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, Good German skills, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Independent, systematic and responsible way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
