Job Overview Summary 

The Project Coordinator III plays a lead role in supporting complex security projects and serves as a key player in coordinating cross-functional project activities. This advanced-level role oversees complex tasks, monitors resources and budgets, and provides high-level project reports and insights to senior management. The Project Coordinator III ensures project alignment with business goals while mitigating risks effectively.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
  • Support Lead in complex security projects, coordinating multiple teams and high-level tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Generate detailed project reports for upper management, providing insights on project health and progress.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, with demonstrated experience in complex security projects.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $76,900 - $114,800. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
