Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Tracking: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and clear communication.
  • Quality Control & Process Optimization: Review deliverables for accuracy, maintain quality control, and continuously improve project management workflows.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Track project expenses, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Meeting & Reporting: Organize and lead project meetings, document key takeaways, and prepare regular status updates for internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: At least 2 years minimum proven English-speaking EA/VA experience (mandatory), and an understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. At least 1 year experience in project coordination, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, attention to detail, and content management skills (minimum C1 English proficiency).
  • Attributes: High levels of initiative and attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and capable of managing multiple project  in a fast-paced environment.


About the Role:

As a Project Coordiantor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that project goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, while assisting the Account Manager towards maintaining a strong client relationship.
