 We’re looking for a Project Coordinator & Scheduler to keep our installations running on time and our teams fully aligned.

The Role

You’ll sit at the center of project execution- supporting Project Managers, coordinating technician schedules across multiple concurrent jobs, and serving as the communication link between clients, field teams, and internal departments. This role is equal parts logistics, coordination, and follow-through.

Responsibilities: 
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project activities, documentation, change orders, and milestone tracking
  • Build and manage installation and technician schedules across multiple projects — assigning resources based on scope, location, and skillset
  • Monitor resource availability and adjust schedules proactively in response to delays, scope changes, or conflicts
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to align technician schedules with material delivery timelines
  • Track procurement and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites
  •  Act as a central communication point between clients, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Schedule client meetings, site walks, and punch list closeouts; communicate project scope and schedule updates to all stakeholders
  • Produce daily/weekly dispatch summaries, project timeline updates, resource utilization reports, and closeout documentation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations
    • Construction, technology, or field services a plus
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Ex: Asana, Monday.com, etc)
  • Experience with ERP or project management platforms
    • NetSuite preferred
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for scheduling, reporting, and tracking
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Clear communicator
    • Able to work effectively with technicians, managers, and clients alike
  • Proactive and adaptable
    • Comfortable identifying bottlenecks and managing shifting priorities across multiple projects
  • This is an in-person role located in Franklin, TN
