Support regional accounting by processing all AR transactions: generate invoices/statements, maintain AR sub-ledgers, enter sales orders, ensure GAAP revenue recognition, manage contract/service billings and collections, respond to stakeholders, and drive process documentation and improvements.

Manage daily cash and treasury transactions, perform bank/GL reconciliations, prepare journal entries and financial reports, support period-end close and audits, identify process improvements, and provide ad hoc analyses and backup for accounting and treasury functions in a multi-entity environment.

Own and evolve IT operations for a remote, multi-location organization: device provisioning, user lifecycle and access management, Microsoft 365/Azure AD administration, MDM, endpoint security, patching, VPNs, and vendor/licensing management. Maintain IT policies, documentation, and support onboarding while contributing to infrastructure projects and cross-functional IT initiatives.

Coordinate project execution by supporting Project Managers, building and managing technician and installation schedules, aligning logistics and procurement, communicating with clients and field teams, producing dispatch and timeline reports, and ensuring timely project closeouts across multiple concurrent residential technology installations.

Own territory growth by building relationships with builders, architects, and designers; manage full sales cycles for high-value luxury residential projects; consult on premium smart-home solutions; close six-figure deals; develop territory strategy and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term account management.

Design and document residential lighting and motorized shade control systems from sales input to install. Produce plans, elevations, product specifications, and installation documentation; partner with sales, PMs, and programmers; test and recommend products; provide remote and occasional onsite support; maintain project documentation and customer confidentiality.

Sell luxury smart-home solutions to builders, architects, designers, and high-net-worth homeowners. Own full sales cycle for six-figure+ accounts, build and manage key relationships, craft territory strategies, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with project and design teams to ensure premium client experiences and project execution.
