Staff Accountant supporting corporate accounting and treasury operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities include cash management, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, month-end close, ACH and wire processing, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement. The role requires proficiency with NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, Excel, U.S. GAAP, and treasury transactions. This is a hybrid Houston-area position with four days in the office and one remote day.

The Senior Staff Accountant manages general ledger accuracy, month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and accounting controls. The role analyzes financial data, maintains documentation, supports multi-branch reporting, mentors staff accountants, and partners with the Controller on process improvements and system standardization. Strong NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, Excel, U.S. GAAP, and multi-location accounting experience are required or preferred.

Coordinates multiple technology installation projects by supporting project managers, scheduling technicians, aligning labor with materials and logistics, tracking procurement, communicating updates to clients and field teams, and producing dispatch, timeline, resource utilization, and closeout reports. The role also schedules site walks, client meetings, and punch-list activities while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and delays.

Manage daily cash activity, bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end close. Process ACH payments, wire transfers, and positive pay while supporting treasury operations, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. The role also identifies process improvements, prepares financial analyses, maintains banking relationships, and supports accounting initiatives across multiple entities.
