Manage daily cash activity, bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end close. Process ACH payments, wire transfers, and positive pay while supporting treasury operations, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. The role also identifies process improvements, prepares financial analyses, maintains banking relationships, and supports accounting initiatives across multiple entities.

Owns full-cycle recruiting across BRAVAS branch locations, managing sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, candidate communication, hiring-manager partnerships, requisition tracking, and talent pipeline development. The Recruiter will fill high-volume field roles as well as technical and leadership positions, use ATS and HRIS systems, support employer branding, and occasionally travel to branches or hiring events.

Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, engagement, compliance, performance management, training, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits. Partner with leadership on HR strategy, coach managers, develop career paths, and support company-wide HR initiatives. Maintain compliant policies and serve as a trusted resource for employees throughout their employment journey.

Process invoices, statements, sales orders, revenue recognition, contract billings, and accounts receivable transactions. Manage collections, maintain AR subledgers under GAAP, analyze contract billing, respond to financial inquiries, and support process documentation and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with local operations, corporate finance, leadership, and clients in a remote, fast-paced environment.
