YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates
- Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets
- Act as the key interface for customers and internal teams
- Drive project monitoring, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and the development of project team members.
- Ensure team qualifications, training, and availability of required resources

YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or a comparable field
- You bring at least 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management
- You have experience in the aeronautical sector, ideally with “Outstanding Works” knowledge; this is considered a strong advantage
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes environments
- You communicate confidently, show leadership qualities, and maintain a strong customer focus
- You are fluent in English and French, German is considered a plus
- You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, reliable, and analytical manner oriented, reliable
