Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Crozier team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fine art projects through their full lifecycle—from initial planning and pricing through execution and billing—while maintaining accurate pipeline data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Working alongside our Branch Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional support for our clients.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from planning, pricing, and site visits through execution and accurate billing to deliver high-quality client outcomes on schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Technicians, Sales, Development, and Operations Managers, as well as external vendors to resolve project challenges and fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project specifications while keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data updated to accurately support pipeline tracking.
What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of fine art handling services, industry advancements, and business acumen.
  • Proven ability in solution-oriented problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and managing competing project priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
