• Ensure governance, risk management, and strategic delivery oversight processes are effectively maintained across multiple banking and wealth management initiatives, supporting project delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight.
• Drive the resolution of audit findings, security vulnerabilities, and compliance issues by working closely with technology teams, vendors, and risk stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and assessments from regulators including MAS and HKMA, coordinating evidence gathering, stakeholder responses, and remediation tracking.
• Manage security and technology compliance monitoring activities, including vulnerability remediation, technology currency, SSL certificates, software licensing, and related risk items.
• Coordinate with project managers, technology teams, vendors, and risk functions to ensure audit, risk, and compliance commitments are delivered in a timely manner.
• Monitor technology risk and control issues, helping teams define remediation plans, track progress, and drive issues through to closure or risk acceptance.
• Manage resource planning, onboarding and offboarding activities, vendor governance, budget tracking, invoice processing, and Statement of Work (SoW) reviews, working closely with procurement, project managers, and vendors to support contract governance and resource onboarding.
• Prepare management reports and presentations covering project performance, financials, risk exposure, audit findings, compliance status, and key governance updates.
• Provide strategic governance and delivery support to business, technology, risk, audit, and vendor stakeholders, helping to track actions, maintain reporting, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance requirements are met.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industry.
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry.
• Capable of applying technology principles to business.
• Experience working with delivery methodologies and governance processes, including scheduling, budget tracking, and operational oversight.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology functions and engage confidently with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
