THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Director and responsible for developing, implementing and managing the planning, estimating, cost control, risk management and document control services and for providing information to allow proactive and accurate reporting for the project.

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES·Lead and manage the project controls team.- Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements.
- Developing project controls standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls.
- Establishing and managing the WBS and project master schedule.
- Establishing and managing the CBS, budget, and project cost control.
- Establishing and managing the risk management plan.
- Establishing and managing document control.
- Establishing and managing change control.
- Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis.
- Provide monthly and weekly reports.
- Preparing and making presentations.
- BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
- Minimum relevant experience 10 years in the role projects.
- Minimum Regional Experience 5 years.
- Required professional memberships and charterships required MRICS or MCIOB required.
- Excellent knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques.
- Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, cost, and risks, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Experienced user of MS Office and Primavera
- Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.

Skills Required
- BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 15 years overall relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the role on projects
- Minimum 5 years regional (Middle East) experience
- Professional membership/chartership MRICS or MCIOB
- Sound knowledge of engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities)
- Excellent knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading, and risk management techniques
