Cost Control:
· Manage company APAC regional all capex budget, spending and forecasting together with each sites engineering leaders.
· Manage full lifecycle larger project cost, including budget preparation together with Project managers (PMs), actual cost collection, and variance analysis.
· Maintain projects monthly cost reports, cost forecast, track cost performance using Earned Value Management.
· Participate in change management, assess cost and schedule impacts of design, procurement, and construction changes, update cost forecasts together with PMs.
· Prepare PR, GR, etc. operation in SAP and extract projects cost reports from SAP.
· Review and coordinate contractor/supplier progress payment applications, cost claims, and final completion settlements to ensure contract alignment.
· Support project capitalization, final account closing and post-project cost evaluation.
Document Control:
· Establish and implement the project document control system (classification, coding, version control, transmittal procedures).
· Manage registration, distribution, archiving of all project technical documents, contractual documents, change orders, payment applications, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
· Maintain document integrity and traceability using sharepoint among project team members.
· Organize collection, review, and handover of documentation.
· Monitor document submittal progress and compliance of design institutes, contractors, and vendors, follow up until closure.
Government Permits Coordination:
· Identify all required government approvals, develop and maintain a comprehensive permit/approval register and schedule for the project lifecycle.
· Prepare, review, and compile applications, forms, technical reports, and supporting documents with PMs and related contractors as required by authorities.
· Act as the main point of contact interface with local government.
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth processing.
