Job DescriptionThe Project Assistant is responsible for executing tasks related to project delivery, ensuring work is completed within established Service Level Agreement timelines and quality. The Project Assistant coordinates with the project team to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the allocated project tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Execute end-to-end project recruitment tasks, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery of work.
- Have an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies for quantitative and qualitative studies; collaborate with various members of the project team to best utilize available options to maximize internal completes.
- Coordinate with other teams to initiate internal recruitment actions including but not limited to phone recruitment, segmented emails, and other custom recruitment solutions.
- Ensure projects and tasks allocated are completed in line with timelines and budgets stipulated by the client and/or internal service level agreements.
- Proactively seek alternative sample and recruiting strategies; providing ideas to improve response rate and reduce costs in each project.
- Manage 20 or more live projects across a variety of methodologies expanding skills and expertise on Market Research recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies.
- Communicate recruitment updates, status and issues to internal project teams through email, meetings or as agreed in regular intervals.
- Place outbound calls to client-supplied contact lists while efficiently navigating gatekeepers to reach designated individuals and fulfill project-specific dialing objectives.
- Demonstrate confidence using all recruitment platforms and tools, such as the MR System, external email platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Raise quality issues in projects to your manager or team lead.
- Be self-initiating in supporting projects through context provided in email and other communications.
Qualifications
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required.
Minimum Experience:
- 0 – 1 year of market research experience
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software
- Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively using all available resources to support project success.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
