Job Description

Drive large projects and shape with us the future industry 
Whether in semiconductor or battery cell manufacturing, large-scale facilities for life sciences, or the chemical industry – our EPCM projects operate at the cutting edge of technology. 

To support the project team of a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced organizational talent who enjoys teamwork and brings a genuine hands-on mentality. 

Contractual home base: Flexible – any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands  

Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‑site presence required) 

  • Administrative and organizational support to the site project management team 
  • Preparation and follow‑up of meetings, minutes and action tracking 
  • Support project controlling activities incl. invoice and variation order pre‑checks 
  • Maintaining project databases and analyzing cost overviews 
  • Support bid preparation and independent invoice tracking 
  • Prepare project presentations and reports 
  • Act as first point of contact for organizational and coordination matters for the project team and client   

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in business administration, engineering, or real estate management, or a comparable qualification 
  • Several years of experience as project or team assistant, preferably in construction or engineering projects 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking ability 
  • Proactive working style, strong initiative, and the ability to anticipate the team’s needs and solve problems independently 
  • Excellent English skills and enjoyment in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including international contacts  
  • Keen to work in an independent, solution-oriented way in a dynamic business environment

Skills Required
