Description

The Project and Site Management Specialist is responsible for managing all project delivery activities in Thailand—from project start until clinical go‑live.

The role focuses on revenue tracking, customer satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. This person coordinates with customers and multiple internal teams, manages site readiness, and negotiates with hospitals and third‑party contractors. The specialist also serves as the main customer contact during installation and ensures a smooth handover to the Service team. Strong project management skills, communication abilities, and knowledge of Elekta products are required. The role works closely with the OF Manager and Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting and furthering customer / distributor implementations of their assigned Elekta products as per established procedures, as well as documenting and communicating the status of such implementations, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes

  • Well communicate with all related parties for both Internal / External

  • Interface with Customer and Distributors Architectural and Engineering firms to ensure accurate interpretation of Elekta equipment specifications and requirement

  • Attend coordination and construction meetings as required

  • Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with site readiness requirements and report the results to the project team

  • Regularly report and review the status of customer problems and issues to Project Manager and wider team

  • Coordinate and review the production of site-specific drawings, Site preparation and Site Inspection based on Elekta Site Preparation Guide from each product

  • Responsible for Project and Site management

  • Responsible for pre-sales project management if needed

  • Drive efficiency and improvement programs identified by self or by company

  • Accountable for Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed loop processes and related process improvements within the department

  • Continuous good communication internally (department heads, functional heads and Product Supply Centers) & externally (distributors, suppliers and customers)

  • Follow strictly Elekta Compliance and Policy

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

  • Update Elekta Database Systems (PSA /CLM) with the project planning data to allow forecasting of revenue

  • 70% travel expected within Thailand or APAC based on requirement

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
  • Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of handling large scale projects

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers directly and lead key account projects

  • Excellent time management, organization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated. Determination to succeed

  • Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred)

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant project management experiences

  • Experiences in revenue management and forecasting preferred

  • Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Science, engineering, medical or technically related university degree holder or above. Project management qualification is preferred

  • Construction industry knowledge, ideally in a high-tech / healthcare environment and ability to read architectural drawings

  • Practical knowledge of industry standard CAD applications used in building design. e.g. AUTOCAD / Sketchup or else.
