  • Track proposal deadlines, donor reporting schedules, and project milestones to ensure timely submissions.
  • Contribute to donor and partner engagement efforts, including outreach and relationship-building with government bodies, civil society organizations, and community stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and visibility initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support WOSAG’s projects and resource mobilization work.

  • Proficiency in local languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with database management tools.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interest in gender equality, women's rights, child protection, and community development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder engagements and project visits.
