Roles and Responsibilities
Project and Process Support
Follow and help enforce established project management, quality, and configuration management processes to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance.
Support project teams in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of project processes and workflows.
Assist with tracking action items, deliverables, and milestones to support on‑time project execution.
Documentation and Records Management
Create, revise, format, and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, project plans, logs, and registers.
Maintain organized and auditable project files in accordance with document control and records retention requirements.
Review and proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with project standards.
Support document digitization, document transmittals, and controlled distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
Communication and Coordination
Facilitate effective communication among project team members, functional stakeholders, and external partners.
Assist with requirements management activities, including data entry, tracking, and maintenance of requirements and related project data in designated systems.
Support implementation and documentation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), including tracking actions to completion.
Required Qualifications
For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- 5 years’ experience in Project Management, Technology Training, and/or Digital roles.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly document technical processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify gaps, and implement compliant, practical solutions.
Experience documenting, planning, executing, and improving engineering or digital programs in regulated environments.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
