Roles and Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to track project performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and executive-level updates to stakeholders.
Data & Process Management
- Follow and enforce established project management and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain and update configuration management databases and systems to track project changes and ensure data integrity.
- Support data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Documentation & Administration
- Create, update, and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, reports, and presentations.
Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate information flow to ensure timely and accurate sharing of project data and updates.
- Support collaboration across cross-functional teams to enable informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data management and data visualization.
Desired Characteristics
- Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, report creation, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of configuration management principles is a plus.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
