Job Description

As a Project and Change Lead, you will combine hands-on project delivery and practical change management to support execution of a large-scale Finance transformation program.

You will be part of a global Finance transformation program (~200 projects, 70% finance-driven), driving the delivery and adoption of multiple initiatives. You will ensure that projects are not only completed, but successfully embedded into the business and delivering real impact.

Acting as the key link between program structure, stakeholders, and impacted teams, you will bring structure, clarity, and execution focus across a complex and fast-moving portfolio.

This is a practitioner role - you will focus on doing, coordinating, and delivering, not only designing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Drive execution of multiple initiatives across the Finance transformation program
  • Build and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting
  • Ensure alignment and connectivity across projects and workstreams
  • Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and proactively drive resolutions
  • Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) depending on project type
  • Ensure deliverables move from completion to adoption and value realization

Change Management & Adoption

  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
  • Translate program objectives into clear, actionable communication
  • Define and execute communication and engagement plans
  • Support and mobilize local stakeholders and change champions
  • Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and intervene to improve outcomes
  • Ensure impacted teams understand what is changing, why, and how it affects them

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

  • Partner with regional finance leaders (e.g., CFOs), SMEs, and operations teams
  • Coordinate across functions and geographies to ensure consistent execution
  • Facilitate alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders

Governance & Reporting

  • Provide clear, actionable updates to program leadership
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation topics
  • Contribute to pragmatic improvements in project and change frameworks
  • Ensure transparency and consistency across reporting structures

  • ~5 years of experience in:

    • Change Management with strong delivery exposure
  • Experience in multinational, matrix organizations preferred
  • Exposure to finance transformation or operational change programs is a strong advantage

Skills

  • Strong project management fundamentals (planning, coordination, reporting)
  • Practical change management experience (impact assessment, communication, stakeholder engagement)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives of different types simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable messages

Profile

  • Hands-on and execution-focused — delivers, not just designs
  • Pragmatic — focuses on what works in practice, not theory
  • Owner mindset — takes responsibility and drives work end-to-end
  • Fast learner — quickly understands, adapts, and applies
  • Business-oriented — understands operational impact and value delivery
  • Comfortable working in complex, fast-changing environments

Nice to Have
