Responsibilities:
- Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc.
- Requires proficient knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Building and testing models to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing models.
- Liaising with clients to develop an understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Preparing and presenting reports to be distributed to senior management and clients.
- Manage project on a day to day basis and present finding to senior client stakeholder
- Actively participate to Business Development of the team by providing new opportunities / products
- Create bespoke analysis and tool to answer client’s specific requirements
Regular tasks:
- Build, maintain and update financial models
- Take part of meetings with stakeholders
- Take part of financial template development projects
- Consolidate data sources into standard templates
Requirements:
- BSC or BA degree in Economic or a quantitative subject
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
- Familiarity with Power Point.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.
- Proactive learning and self-improvement.
- Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining complex models is an advantage.
- VBA or other programming language knowledge is a plus.
