  • Supports implementation of standardized financial processes, including passthrough reviews, expense reconciliation, and alignment between delivery activity and invoicing.
  • Develops and delivers financial training and guidance (e.g., study finance lifecycle, utilization and time entry expectations) to Cronos managers and teams.
  • Manages other internal initiatives, whether driving them independently or partnering with others to ensure seamless execution.

Financial Support & Revenue Management

  • Supports project teams that own Cronos financial oversight at the study level, including revenue recognition (predominantly POD‑based), margin monitoring, and alignment of financial activity with contractual terms (WOs, COs, SUWOs).
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Cronos revenue and financial inquiries, coordinating with Sales Ops, Finance Business Partners, and Delivery to resolve issues related to billing, recognition timing, and financial accuracy.
  • Supports teams with forecasting and outlook updates, including quarterly and annual views, by validating assumptions related to contract status, FPI timing, and delivery readiness.
