The Project Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring a superior customer experience through clear communication and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress against timelines and SLAs, identifying and flagging risks, bottlenecks, or deviations from the plan.

  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to project cycle time and on-time delivery to contribute to performance reports.

  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project performance.

3. Client Management & Communication:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, providing regular and clear updates.

  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Assist in translating client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.

4. Process Improvement & Documentation:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project lifecycle and contribute to the implementation of more efficient workflows.

  • Ensure all project documentation, such as purchase orders, invoices, and proofs of delivery, is accurately maintained and organized.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data and analysis.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within sales operations, logistics, or supply chain.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to insightful reports.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
