Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data management, and business operations. They will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope for their area of responsibility. They will also monitor projects owned by other stakeholders. They will work with key stakeholders to document project frameworks, plans, ownership, responsibilities, action items, and deadlines. They will monitor and summarize progress of projects, alerting stakeholders about risks. They will prepare status reports for various stakeholder levels. They will collaborate with staff and executives to provide updates and ensure awareness of project status.

Position Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to execute work and manage change controls.
  • Manage and coordinate project work using project management tools and systems to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders for all projects in flights owned by stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Salesforce platform and other tools.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and new data constructs as needed in Salesforce platform to extract data and insights for decision-making.
  • Use project data to track project-related activities, managing customer data, and generate reports.
  • Perform risk management to minimize disruption and delays.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using appropriate tools.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing service workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve processes.
  • Be comfortable working within healthcare environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of a regulated industry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Perform other related activities as needed or assigned by the manager. 
  • This position does not have direct reports. 

Education, Experience, And Qualification

  • Experience: 3-5 years in project analysis, project management, data analytics, and business operations.
  • Tools: Proficient in project management and data manipulation tools. Experience with Asana strongly preferred, Snowflake and Looker experience a plus.
  • Salesforce Administration skills
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
  • Location: India with partial US Time Zone overlap availability
  • Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare environments is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
