Job Description

The Project Analyst will work to strengthen HR deliveries across Weatherford’s Project Everest. You will be working with our Weatherford and Partner PMO teams to support the Industrialization of our HCM system.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Supporting key aspects of all PMO operations
    • Manage day to follow-ups for status across various teams
    • Document status report creation
    • Perform PMO tasks; project plan updates, track progress
    • Project team on/off boarding
  • Capturing, sorting, improving, reporting, and analyzing the data outputs from projects under the PMO.
  • Managing data held in Excel sheets and generating regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis from the information.
  • Preparing data and reports for project stakeholders
  • Produce forecasts for project and PMO performance based on historical analysis for budgeting, and timeline prediction
  • Support program leadership and finance team to track financials of the program; budget vs. actuals
  • Support keeping project on budget

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-7+ years related experience

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • HR experience within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Have experience with data management and tracking
  • Be able to track budgets in excel 
  • Experience of Employee Relations, Employment Engagement and Change Management
  • Excellent knowledge of using MS project plan/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-7+ years related experience with University/College
