To support our strategic ambitions and digital transformation, we're looking for a driven Project Analyst. In this junior role, you'll support senior project managers, bring structure to analyses, planning, and reporting, and gradually lead smaller projects and improvement initiatives yourself.

You'll join the Projects & IT department and report to the Business Transformation Manager. Working with colleagues across business, IT, process management, and change management, you'll turn ideas into practical solutions that create value for our business and customers.

Your biggest challenge:

Supporting projects from analysis through implementation while helping manage scope, planning, budget, quality, and progress in line with our Project Management Methodology (PMM).

• Prepare project documentation, including PRDs, PIDs, highlight reports, progress reports, and lessons learned.

• Independently coordinate smaller projects and improvement initiatives, managing planning, stakeholder alignment, risks, communication, and implementation.

• Support the rollout of new processes, systems, and digital solutions across offices and cross-functional teams.

• Bring stakeholders together, support stakeholder mapping, and ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and approach.

• Contribute to testing, change management, and user adoption to embed new solutions successfully.

• Support supplier follow-up with Procurement by comparing proposals and monitoring quality, timelines, budgets, and agreements.

• Maintain accurate project administration and support compliance with QHSSE guidelines and internal standards.

• Build your knowledge of our business and IT landscape to help improve customer-focused and future-ready processes.

This is you:

• You hold a university degree or have an equivalent level of experience.

• You have relevant experience in project support, project analysis, business analysis, continuous improvement, or a similar environment. Around two years of experience is a plus, but your drive to learn and potential matter just as much.

• You work in a structured, accurate way and keep an overview when multiple initiatives run simultaneously.

• You quickly turn complex information into clear insights, actions, and recommendations.

• You communicate confidently with stakeholders and easily connect business and IT.

• You take initiative, own your results, and ask the right questions when clarification is needed.

• You put customers first, value quality, and actively look for improvements.

• You communicate fluently in English. Dutch is a plus, and French is an advantage.

• Experience with PRINCE2 or another project management methodology is a plus, but not essential. Business Value Training and understanding a plus.
