We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of regulatory projects and programs across our Global Regulatory Affairs team.

In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, finance partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track, risks are visible, reporting is accurate, and governance standards are consistently maintained. What You'll Do

As a Project Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting project planning, tracking, reporting, and operational governance by:

  • Supporting project setup, planning, and mobilization activities
  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and delivery dashboards
  • Monitoring milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Partnering with project finance stakeholders to support effort tracking, forecasting, revenue reconciliation, billing activities, and scope change management
  • Preparing project status reports, metrics, and materials for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Ensuring project documentation remains complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for project team members
  • Identifying data inconsistencies, emerging risks, and operational issues, escalating concerns proactively
  • Supporting the continuous improvement and standardization of project management tools, templates, and reporting practices
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in project support, project coordination, operational delivery, PMO, or similar environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, reports, and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work successfully within cross-functional and matrixed teams
  • Proficiency with project reporting and collaboration tools
Preferred
  • Experience within Regulatory Affairs, life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or pharmaceutical environments
  • Exposure to project governance, financial tracking, forecasting, or operational reporting
  • Interest in developing a career in project management and delivery leadership

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 23 500,00 € - 35 300,00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
