We are seeking a professional who shares our enthusiasm for placing the customer at the heart of our decision-making process by leading a portfolio of multidisciplinary initiatives across the company in the Latin America region (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, etc.).
We are the Open Innovation and Digital Transformation team for Latin America at Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science, with a mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:
Support the creation and implementation of a portfolio of Proofs of Concept (POC) in open innovation and data science (artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.) in the region.
Assist in developing and leading the area's metrics and indicators.
Collaborate internally with all functional areas (IT, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment with internal clients.
Support internal clients with innovation methodologies (design thinking, etc.) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Suggest and experiment with new methodologies to improve value for the company.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for innovation and/or digital transformation projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead deadlines.
Data manipulation and development of experiments for systems and solutions.
Experience with rapid prototyping tools.
Familiarity with API integration and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, among others.
Desirable knowledge in AB testing development.
Knowledge of innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, etc.)
Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative and constructive approach.
Proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
