Why this role?

Project Administrator supports the Project Manager by performing project management tasks that do not require decision making. These include monitoring and managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.

What will you be doing?

• General administration works not limited to printing, documentation and other project related administrative works
• Update, consolidate and consolidate all equipment deliveries to warehouse and to project locations
• Compiling and submission of documents/drawings to Client’s portal
• Update and communicate with Project Team with Client’s correspondence and ensuring that all document is available when needed and correctly archived
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Are you the one?

• GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant working experience as an Administrator
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (in verbal and written English)
• Strong knowledge in MS Office
• Meticulous, neat and tidy
• Good working attitude, having sense of ownership of his/her duties and able to work independently
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Effective time management
• Good team player
