PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create new projects in AppWright and upload associated documents, including Quotations, Tie-Down, Framing and Pre Con Tasks
- Create new jobs for Quotations to ensure follow-up
- Assist in coordinating Pre-Construction tasks
- Add-on jobs/tasks to existing jobs in AppWright
- Enter Sales Orders into accounting software
- Verify Purchase Order from Owner matches pricing and scope of work from ICG
- Key take-off proposals into accounting software
- Key material for each frame start
- Key material orders for Hardie board and associated trim
- Key afternoon material orders for early morning fulfillment by Jax yard
- Create Purchase Orders for materials being order through BCS and/or other outside suppliers
- Create Purchase Orders for Subcontract labor for framing tasks
- Enter change order requests from subcontractors after receipt of ticket from Field Support staff
- Receive and organize invoices from Subcontract labor for approval by management
- Enter subcontractor equipment purchases and associated back charges into accounting software
- Request and input Variance Purchase Orders from customers
- Enter Change Orders into accounting software and into AppWright
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Effective organizational and communication (verbal & written) skills are required
- Proven ability to build relationships, gain rapport quickly and in a collaborative manner. rative manner
- Able to conduct Interactive Planning Sessions
- Continually manage time efficiently, with strong capabilities to mult task and problem solve with the ability to flex in and out of managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal format.
- Must be willing to work scheduled and non-scheduled overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
- HS Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- General computer literacy including MS Office
