We are searching for a Project Administrator based in Scottsdale, AZ.  This individual will act as the project and documentation control administrator and oversee process adherence for the department. In addition, provide administrative support for the Electronics R&D department by performing a wide variety of tasks.
This is a hybrid role based out of Scottsdale, AZ

Essential Functions:

  • Places purchase orders, inventory transfers and other orders for the R&D department.
  • Works with the finance department and management to process and track R&D expenses.
  • Acts as project and documentation control administrator and oversee process adherence for the department.
  • Maintains engineering drawing and document libraries including posting and circulation.
  • Helps maintain various department documents, reports, and software tools.
  • Manages time tracking software and reports for the department.
  • Works with R&D management to improve and automate department processes.
  • Coordinates meetings, records minutes, and publishes meeting summaries as needed.
  • Performs various other administrative tasks for the department as needed, including department event planning.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ professional experience in roles requiring a high level of detail, organization, and task management (finance, office management, etc.)
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage many simultaneous responsibilities.
  • Experience working with finances or budgets at a financial institution or in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Positive "can do" attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be flexible and have a desire to learn. Adapts to changing needs and processes.
  • Adept at navigating crossfunctional organizations and interfacing with other departments to find answers and solve problems.
  • Expert at MS Office and computer apps/tools. Experience with Jira & Confluence is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take meeting notes in real time.
