Designs and maintains cross-platform C++ software for music production tools, contributing to firmware, desktop, and mobile development. Owns CRM strategy and execution across EMEA, including lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, automation, segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and retention programs. Analyzes campaign performance and customer data to improve engagement, conversion, lifetime value, and ROI. Partners with eCommerce, MarTech, creative teams, and external vendors to develop content, maintain CRM platforms, ensure data compliance, and expand programs across multiple European markets.

Supports month-end close, journal entries, fixed-asset reconciliation, standard cost estimates, inventory control, physical counts, scrap reconciliation, operational reporting, petty cash, and expense processing. Partners with Operations to communicate financial results and influence decisions. Also supports finance and operations projects in a manufacturing environment.

Provides sales analytics and financial business partnering for Fender’s European operation. Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly reporting, budget modeling, promotional ROI analysis, discount and forward-order analysis, cost-to-serve and profitability analytics, and sales data integrity checks across reporting systems. The role also supports reporting migration, AI-assisted analytics, stakeholder presentations, and ad hoc projects.

Lead APAC HR operations from Tokyo: administer payroll, timesheets, and commission data; upgrade HR database; streamline HR processes; design compensation and benefits; ensure local labor law compliance and provide HR services to APAC teams.

Provide back-office sales support for Japan domestic sales: compile daily/weekly/monthly reports, analyze sales and market data, visualize insights, support sales reps and campaigns, maintain procedures and shared drives, and assist with ad hoc projects and events.

Lead Fender Japan's social media strategy and execution across platforms, manage agencies and analytics, develop content calendars, run paid media and influencer programs, oversee CRM for flagship store, generate reports and insights, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.

The Sales Director will drive sales strategy in Greater China, manage distributor relations, oversee sales forecasting, and develop marketing alignment.

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to dealer accounts to achieve sales targets; maintain call plans, enter and manage orders in SAP; provide order, stock and product support via phone/email/chat; promote offers and new products; maintain product knowledge and relationships with dealers and Business Development Managers; support ad-hoc projects as directed.

The Marketing Manager will lead Fender's marketing initiatives in South Korea, managing brand communication, public relations, digital marketing, and event strategies across various media platforms and working with global teams.
