This position will be "'Project Accountant cum Secretary," role combines financial management with administrative duties related to a project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare invoices for the Urgent Bridge Project (collating all the supporting documents)
2. Assist in following up and recording customer collections
3. Assist in updating project replans in Epicor
4. Assist in project closure in Epicor
5. In charge in training new employee in Epicor
6. Undertake monthly time reconciliation and following up employee time entry completion
7. Batch time entries of employees with limited access in Epicor, ensuring that all employees has complete time entry for the period.
8. Collate all supporting documents for possible BIR audit
9. Maintain books of Account of the Project
10. Other Task that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
With Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance-related courses
At least possesses 3 years of actual working experience in accounting-related functions
Has knowledge in financial planning and accounting software
