Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Progress 4GL, OpenEdge, and ABL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and enhance application features.
Optimize applications for high performance, speed, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and perform testing.
Prepare technical documentation and deliver user training when required.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using OpenEdge reporting tools.
Perform ETL operations to extract, transform, and load data from OpenEdge databases for reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards

ETL Processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Progress application development.
Proficient in Progress 4GL, OpenEdge, and ABL.
Strong experience with relational databases and SQL.
Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
