- Support and configuration of Oracle ERP applications running as SaaS in the cloud.
- Support and configuration of RF Smart applications running as SaaS in the cloud.
- Communicate effectively with others in IT and with end users to clearly understand business requirements and design/develop appropriate solutions.
- Work with users and software vendors to resolve software problems.
- Work as part of a support and development team with others in the IT department.
