As a Strategic Portfolio Analyst in Digital & Technology, you’ll help teams understand portfolio performance and deliver strategic priorities effectively. You’ll provide clear reporting and insight across delivery, costs, risks and value, helping leaders make informed decisions.
Working as a trusted partner to Portfolio Managers and teams, you’ll strengthen portfolio practices, improve transparency and identify opportunities to simplify and automate how performance is managed.

What you'll do
- Analyse portfolio performance across delivery, costs, risks, dependencies and value, turning data into clear insights and recommended actions.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, leadership teams and Finance to support effective planning, cost management and decision-making.
- Improve portfolio reporting by simplifying processes, increasing automation and maintaining accurate roadmaps, status reports and value-tracking information.
- Coordinate governance activities, planning events, reporting forums and team ceremonies, ensuring stakeholders have timely and reliable information.
- Collaborate across teams to identify dependencies, highlight risks and promote consistent portfolio management tools, standards and ways of working.
Who you are
- Experience in PMO or portfolio roles supporting multiple products or programmes, including delivery health and cost management.
- Able to analyse financial and performance data, with practical experience using Excel and Power BI.
- Comfortable working with Agile ways of working and portfolio tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- You bring clear communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across different teams and levels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and deliver effectively in a fast-moving environment.
