We are looking for an Programme Management Coordinator who will help structure priorities, streamline information flow and support the projects at a company level.
As Programme Management Coordinator, you will be a key operational part of the Programme Management Office. Your focus will be on keeping ThrustMe’s project reporting process running smoothly. You will work closely with Project Managers across the company, helping them produce high-quality reports, identifying issues early, and driving resolution. You may also take on project management responsibilities for specific cross-departmental projects.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills - you will interact with Engineering, Product, Production, Sales, and Leadership on a regular basis.
Your responsabilities:
Coordinate the strategic program oversight: collecting inputs from Project Managers, reviewing report quality and consistency, and following up on issues or discrepancies
Provide non-execution support to address critical technical or resource constraints: identify and escalate reporting issues (schedule, budget, risk, resource) in a timely manner, and support PMs in resolving them
Ensure that project plans are fully aligned with needs, as well as technical and commercial interests: controlling scope and deliverables within project plans
Maintain and improve reporting templates, dashboards, and tools to ensure data is accurate and actionable
Produce consolidated programme-level reporting for management
Support or lead internal projects or PMO initiatives as needed, such as process improvement project.
Help maintain the PMO's process documentation and tooling
We are looking for someone highly organized, reliable and proactive with the ability to anticipate needs.
Your profile:
3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or a similar operational role
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals (schedule, budget, risk, reporting)
Strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement (e.g. PCDA)
Comfortable working across departments and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in project management or reporting tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
Fluent in English; working knowledge of French is a strong plus
