Design, analyze, test, and industrialize mechanical components for satellite propulsion systems. Perform structural, thermal, and vibration analysis, produce release drawings, execute qualification tests, and collaborate across disciplines to convert prototypes into flight-ready, scalable products.

Design, build, and test plasma propulsion prototypes for small satellites. Create electronics breadboards, perform thermal and circuit simulations, assemble and test in vacuum, characterize performance, coordinate projects within the Innovation team, and produce technical documentation and IP.

Lead procurement and supply chain to ensure material availability for production. Manage sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, risk mitigation, ERP/MRP data, supplier qualification, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, production, quality and finance.

Coordinate and maintain company-wide project reporting and PMO processes. Collect and standardize inputs from Project Managers, improve reporting templates and dashboards, escalate and help resolve schedule/budget/risk issues, produce consolidated programme-level reports, and support or lead cross-departmental PMO initiatives and process improvements.

Manage technical client relationships after hardware delivery, respond to technical inquiries, coordinate internal/external experts, document issues and solutions, set up feedback loops, monitor fleet performance and ensure ongoing client satisfaction throughout product lifetime.

Provide high-trust support to the CEO by managing their agenda, preparing meeting briefings and documents, tracking priorities and follow-ups, organizing travel and logistics, and ensuring efficient decision preparation and executive coordination.

Design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests for space propulsion products. Develop test plans and scripts, analyze results, report defects, supervise test technicians, and collaborate with development to ensure product reliability before customer delivery.

Design and validate flight-grade electronics for satellite propulsion: PCB design, analogue/digital circuits, power management, prototyping, testing under extreme conditions, and cross-functional integration with mechanical, software, and industrialization teams.

Lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control for industrial operations. Implement KPIs, improve processes and internal controls, support CFO with strategic analyses, and enable reliable project accounting and inventory/capex tracking in a fast-scaling space-tech environment.

Lead and build ThrustMe's unified Quality function, establish company-wide quality processes and QMS, manage customer and supplier quality, drive CAPA and root cause analysis, conduct audits and prepare for future certifications to ensure manufacturing and product reliability.

Investigate anomalous behavior in satellite propulsion systems, run diagnostic test campaigns, analyze telemetry/test/manufacturing data, lead failure reviews, coordinate CAPA, support repairs, identify reliability trends, and improve yield and production performance.

Perform AIT for satellite propulsion systems: plan and run propulsion, vibration, and operational tests; analyze data; produce test documentation and reports; support production, assembly, commissioning, and continuous improvement of components and test facilities.

Develop new plasma concepts and early prototypes representing the ionosphere, perform plasma simulations (global models, PIC), design and build diagnostics (ExB, time-of-flight), conduct experimental campaigns, collaborate with engineers, and support IP, publications, and reporting.

Lead satellite-level assembly, integration, and test (AIT) for propulsion systems: write integration guidelines, manage ground test facilities, plan and execute mechanical/thermal/electrical test campaigns, advise clients on integration and safe handling, investigate anomalies, and contribute to product industrialization.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering function to turn R&I concepts into flight-ready electric propulsion products. Own system architecture, drive qualification and in-orbit demonstrations, interface with pilot customers, develop test setups and production tooling, and set long-term technical vision to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and scalable production.

Develop, test, and integrate embedded software for satellite propulsion electronic subsystems. Build test and validation tools, collaborate with hardware teams, implement radiation-mitigation strategies, document designs, and execute verification/validation within aerospace quality standards and Agile development cycles.

Sell and support ThrustMe propulsion products to satellite manufacturers and operators. Build client relationships, provide technical expertise across the sales cycle, write proposals and reports, track industry trends, and support business development via trade shows and client visits.
