We are looking for an experienced digital advertising expert to strengthen our marketing team and lead the full launch of our programmatic buying via Display & Video 360.

The ideal candidate has strong performance marketing expertise and hands-on experience with the Google Marketing Platform. You will have full support: top-tier creatives from our in-house design and video teams, advanced analytics from our BI department, and direct access to Google thanks to our key partner status.

What awaits you in this role?
  • Launch and strategic management of programmatic advertising: You will be the key person to launch and set up processes for media buying via DV360.

  • Leading and optimizing performance campaigns with the goal of maximizing results.

  • Designing and implementing advanced automation strategies within RTB tools.

  • Developing the FTMO brand in new markets.

  • In-depth data analysis and identifying key insights for further optimizations.

  • Active collaboration with the team and bringing new ideas to improve campaign performance.

  • Advanced data analysis (Campaign Manager 360, GA4) and uncovering key correlations for next-level optimization.

What skills should you have?
  • Expertise in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360): You understand account setup and architecture, Floodlights, bidding strategies, and frequency capping.

  • Buying Strategy: Experience with Open Auction, setting up PMP deals, and Programmatic Guaranteed.

  • Technical Knowledge: You understand ad specs (HTML5, VAST/VPAID) and can effectively brief our creative team.

  • Data & Brand Safety: Advanced audience management (1st/3rd party) and ensuring a safe brand environment (verification tools).

  • Advanced Analytics: understanding attribution models, post-view conversions, and Brand Lift studies.

Skills Required

  • Expertise in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360) including account setup, Floodlights, bidding strategies, and frequency capping.
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing programmatic media buying (DV360).
  • Experience with buying strategies: Open Auction, PMP deals, Programmatic Guaranteed.
  • Technical knowledge of ad specs and creatives (HTML5, VAST, VPAID) and ability to brief creative teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing automation strategies within RTB tools.
