This is your opportunity to work directly within a global organization as a Programmatic Specialist in our Global Marketing Team.

Based at our current East Tāmaki Design Centre in Auckland, New Zealand – with a Hybrid working week, where on set days your team and you will work from the Fisher & Paykel Auckland Office.

As our Programmatic Specialist, you will be an organised and proactive professional focusing on in-platform management and execution of Programmatic activities (DV360 + CM360).

You'll be part of an innovative, fast-growing global business unit dedicated to building our digital media planning and buying capabilities within a multi-channel, data-driven approach.

The role entails:

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Executing all aspects of programmatic campaign planning implementation ad operations and campaign maintenance, including proactive performance checks and optimizations, pacing updates, optimizations, and profitability.
  • Monitoring client pacing & performance across programmatic activity across each market.
  • Managing inventory and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively managing campaign execution.
  • Conducting investigations into campaigns where issues have arisen to resolve and report back on best practice.
  • Monitoring campaign health, issuing projection analyses and reallocation recommendations when necessary.
  • Effectively communicating status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues.
  • Effectively managing campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting

  • Assisting with campaign analytics, derive insights from data, and contribute strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and pacing.
  • Providing regular reporting on paid activity and collaborate with specialists to deliver a holistic view on performance of media activity.
  • Creating and maintenance of Looker dashboards (or similar) for campaign analysis and creative monitoring

Campaign Setup

  • Implementing the launch and review of Campaigns in (DV360 & CM360) any additional or variations of these platforms where applicable.
  • Managing assets and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively managing campaign execution.
  • Manage tags with vendors and ensure correct filing and record keeping is followed.
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively managing campaign execution.
  • Performing quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices.

Strategy Development

  • Collaborating with Marketing Performance, Data, Analyst and Digital Operations teams and assist with developing strategies that fulfil marketing and business objectives.
  • Working with paid media specialist to create tracking and measurement strategies and implement with their guidance.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and campaigns across Programmatic for further career development and training.

Already established in your career with cumulative experience of around 3+ years, your mission will be to deliver best-practice Programmatic strategies while laying the foundations for success across all our markets. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you'll drive growth in omni-channel revenue across display, video, and other programmatic channels.
