Job Description

Jellyfish is looking for a detail-oriented Programmatic Executive with up to 2 years of experience to support the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns. This role focuses on campaign trafficking, setup, performance monitoring, and reporting. The role will work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery and performance of programmatic media buys.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational programmatic knowledge who is eager to grow their technical expertise in a collaborative agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end trafficking and setup of programmatic campaigns across RTB and DSP platforms according to defined campaign specifications.

  • Execute campaign optimizations to improve performance against key KPIs such as delivery, viewability, clicks, and conversions.

  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary to ensure campaign success.

  • Prepare accurate and timely performance reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) using dashboards and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Programmatic Managers, Analytics, and Client Servicing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and delivery expectations.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking & QA sheets with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Validate tags, creatives, audience segments, and tracking pixels to ensure proper implementation and measurement.

  • Assist in QA processes for campaign setup, including creative and tracking validations.

  • Help build and maintain internal reporting templates and tools to standardize insights and performance tracking.


Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in digital advertising with exposure to programmatic/display media operations.

  • Basic understanding of programmatic ecosystem components such as DSPs, RTB, ad servers, and campaign logic.

  • Familiarity with campaign trafficking, creative management, pixels/tags, and reporting workflows.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Competent in Excel with ability to organize and interpret data effectively.

  • Ability to learn quickly, follow defined processes, and execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong internal communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Structured, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
