Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program and optimize SMT for moutor, SPI and AOI for production lines
- Create and optimize pick-and-place / mounting machine programs
- Set up feeders, tape orientations, and perform nozzle changes
- Validate machine programs for new PCB designs and product variants
- Support production runs including troubleshooting, changeovers, and line balancing
- Analyze and mitigate placement errors, feeder issues, and component wastage
- Work closely with Production, Process, and Quality teams to improve yield and performance
- Maintain documentation including setup sheets, machine parameters, and change logs
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Graduated University degree in Electronic/Electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory.
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, Auto Cad, Solid works, SAP system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Honest, careful, agile, have a high sense of responsibility , ability to work under pressure

Skills Required
