Position Overview
Chartis Federal is seeking a Program Support Specialist to provide program coordination, reporting, and documentation support to the Customer's Strategic Planning Office (SPO). The Program Support Specialist will assist with program planning activities, quarterly reviews, reporting requirements, communications development, and program documentation management. This position works closely with Government personnel, Program Managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, timely deliverables, and effective program execution support.
This position is contingent upon award.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, and execution tracking tools.
- Assist with preparation of quarterly program reviews, status updates, and executive-level briefing materials.
- Prepare reports, presentations, communications products, and performance updates for Government review.
- Collect, organize, and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to support program reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of program documentation, records, and repositories.
- Assist Program Managers with tracking program milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives.
- Maintain program files, documentation structures, and information repositories.
- Support development of briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate information requests, data calls, and documentation requirements across program teams.
- Monitor reporting deadlines and assist with the timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Support meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder engagements through preparation of supporting materials and documentation.
- Ensure assigned products and deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience supporting federal government programs, program management offices, or operational support activities.
- Experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations, or program documentation.
- Experience supporting program planning, tracking, reporting, or coordination activities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Department of Defense organizations.
- Experience supporting program management offices (PMOs), strategic planning organizations, or research and development programs.
- Experience preparing executive-level briefing materials and program review packages.
- Familiarity with program reporting, performance tracking, and documentation management processes.
- Experience coordinating activities among multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
