Analyzes and improves business workflows, develops audit-ready SOPs, administers SharePoint records and content, coordinates CNGB issuance reviews, tracks approximately 150 annual tasks, produces compliance reports, and delivers issuance training. The role requires federal or DoD process analysis experience and active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Manage the National Guard Bureau Executive Secretariat contract, including task prioritization, workflow assignments, suspense tracking, quality review, correspondence management, SOP development, continuity standards, status reporting, and process improvement meetings. Serve as the on-site Contract Manager, coordinate with the COR, brief senior leaders, and ensure effective daily contract operations in a high-tempo DoD executive staff environment.

Manage tactical spectrum engineering for CBP: review NTIA agendas, renew and consolidate frequency records, perform propagation and intermodulation studies, coordinate with NTIA/FCC/ITU-R and DHS, prepare technical reports and licensing submissions, and support interoperability and spectrum policy initiatives.
