JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general program and administrative support to the PM and journeyman analysts, including scheduling meetings, assembling meeting materials, and organizing operational files.
- Assist in drafting and formatting routine documents, such as agendas, meeting notes, basic summaries, and standard correspondence related to international activities.
- Help collect and organize data for engagement records, official trip reports, situation reports (SITREPs), and dashboards, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and properly stored.
- Support logistics and coordination for high-level meetings and events, including executing travel preparations and tracking follow-up actions.
- Perform thorough quality control checks on data entries and document formatting to maintain consistency and uphold professional agency standards.
- Strong foundational organizational skills with a demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn CISA’s specific processes, tools, and databases.
- High proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a fast-paced government environment.
- Solid attention to detail, specifically regarding documentation formatting, accurate data entry, and quality control.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience or education in program support, administration, or related fields, ideally supporting Federal or mission-driven organizations with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Clearance: Eligibility for and ability to maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
- Location: Primarily at the Government facility in Arlington, Virginia (NCR), with potential telework options as required by the agency.
Skills Required
