Job Description

To join our team as a Program Specialist! Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will be supporting our North Georgia operations team to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including coordinating between customers, field staff, management, and contractors, responding to inquiries from customers, program partners, and trade allies, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports, creating invoices and program required documents, and other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will reside in North Georgia or Chattanooga Tennessee.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Oversee projects and communicate between teams to ensure timely completion

• Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion

• Entering, modifying, and tracking data via multiple web-based applications

• Performing intermediate level functions in excel to perform calculations and analysis

• Responsible for assembling client and/or internal deliverables and responding to management requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for managers

• Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues

• Assist customers with program documentation

• Manage inventory and distribution of energy saving devices

• Experience troubleshooting problems, finding and implementing solutions

• Oversee timelines, address system functionality and drives process improvements
