Summary:
The Launch Marketing Specialist Program is a structured early career initiative designed to develop emerging marketing professionals within Freedom Mortgage. This program provides recent graduates with strong foundational training, exposure to real-world marketing initiatives, and the opportunity to build a versatile skillset across a variety of marketing functions aligned to business needs.
Participants will gain exposure to a broad range of marketing functions and business initiatives, contributing to real-time projects that support organizational goals. Rather than fixed rotations, this program aligns talent to business needs and individual strengths, creating a dynamic and personalized career path within marketing.
The program emphasizes professional growth through certification, mentorship, and experiential learning. Participants will complete required industry training, including the NMLS S.A.F.E. certification, and will be supported in obtaining additional marketing certifications (e.g., American Marketing Association certifications) to further their professional development.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to build a long-term career in marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment. This role requires a hybrid work schedule and is intended for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Marlton, NJ office. Travel is required for quarterly HYPE program events and other business needs.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute ongoing marketing initiatives across various functional areas based on business needs and individual strengths, applying professional judgment to ensure strategies are aligned with evolving business priorities.
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and marketing campaigns, exercising independent judgment to drive business performance and customer engagement outcomes.
Influence the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies and deliverables, applying professional judgement to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute ongoing marketing operations and initiatives.
Participate in structured training, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities within the HYPE Program.
Successfully complete NMLS S.A.F.E. training and obtain required certification.
Pursue and complete additional marketing certifications (e.g., American Marketing Association – AMA or similar industry-recognized credentials).
Attend and actively participate in HYPE Program events, including quarterly in-person sessions and networking opportunities (travel required).
Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the program.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University required.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
Internship or academic experience in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Candidates must successfully pass the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam during the program.
Opportunity to obtain additional marketing certifications (e.g., American Marketing Association PCM® or similar credentials).
