We are seeking a Program/Project Analyst II (Correspondence, Communication and Reporting) Acquisition Support Specialist as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work in support of TSA-ESVP.  Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience.

Position Description

  • Manage email inboxes, information requests, communications queues, and drafting requirements and deliverables for Government approval.
  • Route tasks within required timeframes (e.g., 30 minutes) and track communications using Government-designated systems.
  • Compile statistical information.
  • Provide statistical reporting and ad-hoc analysis supporting leadership decision-making.
  • Communicate with all levels of company personnel to gather and convey information. 
  • Support and provide assistance on specific business, management, scientific, operational, engineering, technical, policy, and professional issues. 
  • Participate, advise, contribute, prepare and/or present briefings on business, management, technology, operational initiatives, policy formulation, professional or strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with 3+ years of demonstrated experience compiling statistical information and communicating with personnel to gather and convey information. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree is Required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $72,000 -$77,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. At Hive Group, salary decisions are influenced by several factors, including but not limited to the role, location, and the combination of education, training, skills, certifications, competencies, and relevant work experience.
