The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Operations Analyst to support day-to-day program execution through coordination of financial-related actions, resource alignment, and administrative processes. This role operates within the program team and focuses on enabling efficient execution by ensuring actions are properly aligned with funding, staffing, and operational priorities.
This is not a corporate finance role. The position is embedded within the program and supports operational decision-making, coordination, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support program-level execution of travel requests and material purchases by reviewing submissions for completeness, alignment, and funding availability
- Coordinate with Program Operations and leadership to ensure actions are properly aligned to available resources and program priorities
- Assist in the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and project-level quotes in support of planning activities
- Support personnel labor alignment by validating charge strings and assisting with updates based on program needs
- Review and process subcontractor timecards for accuracy and alignment with approved work scope
- Track and maintain visibility on open actions, funding alignment, and execution status across the program
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide general program operations support to improve workflow efficiency and execution consistency
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience supporting program operations, project coordination, or administrative functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple actions simultaneously
- Working knowledge of basic budgeting concepts and resource tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Desired:
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Familiarity with cost estimating, ROM development, or project planning support
- Experience working with timekeeping systems or labor tracking
- Exposure to program financial tools (e.g., Workday or similar systems)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
