We’re looking for an organized, collaborative problem solver who can see the big picture, manage the details, and turn operational challenges into practical solutions. If you enjoy improving processes, connecting teams, and moving projects forward, this role offers the opportunity to shape how our programs work together.

  • Support facilities and shared spaces. Coordinate space use across programs and collaborate with Education Success Network staff on building and grounds projects.
  • Connect teams and solve problems. Learn each program’s needs, identify operational gaps, and coordinate solutions with program and administrative teams.
  • Manage projects and events. Create workplans, oversee organization-wide events and special projects, and support new initiatives and community collaborations.
  • Strengthen onboarding and staff development. Develop EnCompass onboarding and training modules, coordinate professional development opportunities, and partner with HR to support staff.
  • Lead the Operations Team. Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports, and support their recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support continuous improvement. Contribute to program evaluations and adapt operational practices as organizational needs evolve.
What You’ll BringRequired

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritize competing needs and follow projects through to completion.
  • Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams and with community partners.
  • Experience using database systems and confidence learning, implementing, and teaching technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for confidential information.
  • A strong commitment to students, families, and the EnCompass mission.
