Support data and evaluation activities: collect, enter, extract, clean, and deduplicate program data; produce monthly program and organization-wide reports; collaborate with program teams to fulfill data requests.

Support youth in foster care or transitioning placements by assessing academic and social-emotional needs, creating individualized academic plans, providing one-on-one and small-group support (including for remote learning), coordinating with schools, caseworkers, and caregivers, tracking progress with data, attending school meetings, developing cross-systems collaborations, participating in program activities, and transporting students as needed.
